1. On-Demand Production Agreement By purchasing our parametric decor units, you acknowledge that you are ordering a customized item manufactured via decentralized additive workflows. Slight surface variations are characteristics of our specialized computational process and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

2. Pricing & Payments All transactions are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay) in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify pricing structures or discontinue variants without prior notice.

3. Limitation of Liability Avtara Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or handling of our light fixtures beyond the initial invoice value of the ordered item.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of transactions on this platform shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
