RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Avtara Labs, every light sculpture is an architectural design piece meticulously grown-to-order. Because we operate on a strictly bespoke, zero-inventory additive manufacturing workflow, all sales are final.

1. Cancellations & Modifications Once an order is placed and enters our production sequence, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged. Please review your custom base inscription choices carefully before finalizing your payment.

2. Return and Refund Exceptions We do not offer standard refunds or accept returns for a change of mind, aesthetic preferences, or minor variations inherent to additive manufacturing textures. All product prices listed on our platform are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Safe-Transit Guarantee (Damages & Defects) If your architectural piece experiences physical or structural damage during transit, we provide a complimentary structural replacement.

• Mandatory Claim Requirement: To qualify for a transit replacement, you must email a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damage to info@avtaralabs.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

• Upon verification by our studio team, a brand-new replacement piece will be grown and dispatched to you at no additional cost.
